We're a family-run chauffeur service based between Manchester and Liverpool. We own our fleet, employ our chauffeurs, and answer our own phones.
Started with one car. Same principle since.
Opulence began with a single black Mercedes and a decision: never send a client a car we hadn't driven ourselves. Every vehicle in the fleet since has met the same standard.
We're not a booking platform. We're not a broker forwarding your job to whoever's nearest. When you book Opulence, the car outside is our car, and the chauffeur at the wheel works for us. That's the whole idea.
Based between Manchester and Liverpool, we cover both cities and both airports as our home patch — plus stadiums, arenas, weddings, and the odd cross-country day when the job calls for it.

Every chauffeur is fully DBS-checked, holds an in-date private hire licence, and wears a proper suit — not a branded polo shirt. First aid trained. Insured to the correct classification. Reference-checked twice before their first job.
